Levels of service going down
I have been a constant guest since August 2025 flying in every 3 months but each time i check in the standard of services have been going down and my last visit being the worst.
Harare Business trip
The hotel is well build with excellent, spacious rooms. In the future, they should equipped the rooms with latest and upto date/compatible technology.

Accomodation review
My stay was okay, but not fully up to my expectation for a five star hotel. The staff were helpful, the food for breakfast was always fresh.
Very Poor Service
They insist on check m from 14:00 ifyoi want early check you should pay full day! I arrived at 7pm only to be told they are fully booked I should wait for other rooms that housekeeping is still clean...
