O acesso ao Riad Karmela pode ser difícil, uma vez que se encontra numa localização invejável no centro da antiga medina de Marraquexe, pelo que se recomenda a reserva de um transfer a partir do aeroporto. O Riad fica a apenas 5 minutos a pé do Museu de Marraquexe e da Madraça Ben Youssef, a apenas 8 minutos a pé da famosa praça Jemaa El Fna.
