Hotel has dramatically regressed. No atmosphere in restaurant. Staff mostly look miserable. Large Ibis's in breakfast area stealing peoples food

Not the Stamford from years gone by. There seems to be a fair bit of cost cutting where it matters most. No streaming unless you want to chrome cast without instructions.
