I'm shivering
It's a beautiful hotel with good service. But get this. Unless the outside temperature is below 53 degrees, you get no heat in your room. You just shiver. I never saw anything like it. Even cheap road...

Best Hotel Experience
One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at, and I've stayed at few 5 star hotels in NY. The staff is super nice and friendly, and service is A+.
