Birthday
The hotel is very nice & in a lovely setting. A lot of areas require well overdue maintenance. as generally the hotel is looking old & tired. The waterpark requires better water treatment & cleaning....

Unnecessary rules
my issue is rules that are created without taking the customer experience into consideration . There is always rules that seem to be unnecessary And I don’t see the basis for them
