Lots of problems with the staff at reception and the manager. Expected to pay a rate and ended up paying somethinv else. They even charged my credit card without my authorization. Not even appilogize...

Very Nice Hotel Overall
This Hotel is in a great location. The entire staff was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Rooms were comfortable. The one issue that we experienced was resolved to our satisfaction. All very good.
