Nice hotel great location
Hotel staff very nice. Regina at front desk a real problem solver. Staff in restaurant also good. Room was clean. Carpet and furniture a bit worn.
Phenomenal Front Desk Customer Service
We brought a group of students to an event here in Chicago and Kamya here at the Crowne Plaza was absolutely AMAZING to work and made the start of our stay fantastic!
Don’t bother
Don’t believe the reviews, this is a very dated hotel. If you like 80s decor this is for you . It’s beige galore with plenty of road noise to keep you awake
