Nice location, limited dining in hotel
Hotel is in a great location and was clean and quiet on a January weekday. I wish I had been informed before I booked that the Club Lounge was not open and that their Market Chicago had limited hours....

amazing experience
I loved the Hyatt regency downtown chicago. we were upgraded to a suite room and it was more than we could ever ask for. the room was clean, had all the items we needed and had a great view as well.
Hotel with Very Poor Service
Very poor customer service from top to bottom. No leadership. Towels in the bathroom had stains on them and the staff at the hotel were rude and disrespectful.
