Streetcar line 5 takes you downtown in 5 mins from the train station, but you can also walk there. In 10 mins you'll reach the stores on Rue Saint Aubin, and on the way have an amazing view of Angers Castle. For the more athletic, go by bike or scooter, subject to availability.
