Comfortable
location was nice and the rooms are exceptionally clean. good value for money and the staff is accommodating and approachable.

Good Hotel
Great location especially for our requirements in a hotel. Good food and staff service. All-in-all, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay in the hotel.

This hotel has no You tube very backward I cannot believe staying at this hotel which is not cheap has no you tube very backward. Breakfast is not good very basic
Bad/Dangerous Lobby for a Great Hotel. Case of poor change management.
No hotel staff or insufficient staff to help guests at lobby facing Scotts Road. New GrabCar pickup point moved to this lobby from the other Mt Elizabeth lobby. But all the hotel staff still hanging...
