L'hôtel se situe dans une rue latérale, près de la rue de la gare, à 50 mètres de la gare principale et de celle du Gornergrat. En peu de temps vous pouvez vous rendre à pied à l'arrêt de bus en direction du funiculaire de Sunnegga et de la station du „Klein Matterhorn“, à une cinquantaine de mètres de l'hôtel. Restaurants et commerces se trouvent également à proximité.
