On arrival found the staff a bit ignorant if honest. Were given a map to the room. Block 3. Put on 3rd floor so hard work getting luggage up 3 flights stairs! If you have mobilty issues then you sh...

Great location in Matagorda, the strip is lovely with lovely restaurants and bars, very peaceful. The hotel is maintained to a very high standard and the rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean....

Night time entertainment
Great night performances and entertainment at night, Vivian and the crew were Great!
First time in Lanzorte.
Emanuel and Vivien.from animation team were very friendly and brilliant at getting everyone up and dancing . I have had a lovely stay at the Sentido Arwuora and really enjoyed my holiday.
