Checked in today with the lovely Sanyu, who gave me a warm welcome and checked me in early after a long flight. She also really helped me with all my recommendations.
Bar review

Hotel rooms were small but luggage keeper Mohammed was a great guy. Overall nice experience . How about making the rooms bit bigger
Great Customer Service with traditional values
The staff are exceptional and provide genuine, traditional, high level customer service. I engaged in conversation with a good few of them. Mohammed the Head Porter was great.
