Excellent stay
Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Friendly and efficient staff. Very comfortable and well equipped rooms with tea, coffee etc. Very quiet at all times.
Sumptuous surroundings. Excellent base for a west end show as only a few stops on the tube. Top class spacious room.
Very clean hotel. Well staffed to take care of everything. Ideally placed away from noisier areas in London. Zoltan on reception was especially helpful

Perfect Christmas in London
Lovely Christmas stay. Loved all the decorations and I really like the onsite restaurants. Such great Indian food. Location is great, service is very good. Hotel was clean and very comfortable.
