We had very nice stay at this hotel. Staff were very quick in providing the service. The location of the hotel is very good. Love to visit the hotel again.💕

Room quiet, clean, and comfortable. Shower pressure was decent and did not run out of hot water. The airport shuttle process is well done and runs smoothly.
Transparency needed
The room seeemed incomplete: a refrigerator but no microwave, only one coffee that wasn’t decaf, not enough cups/glasses. Also the Hyatt was not very transparent. I did not know they charged nine dol...
