Horror Reception
Great hotel, Great rooms, food and beverages... Totally incompetent staff at the front desk. 45min-1hour check inn/out or card extention. Unable to provide invoice due to incompetence and rudeness.
Nice hotel...need better food for a four star
The hotel was nice. Clean. Very very nice front desk staff. Only the food at the restaurant was a total let down for a four star hotel in Paris.
