Berlin visit
Advertised queen bed instead 2 single beds pushed together, then told problem was solved only to discover a fitted sheet was placed over the 2 singles. Terrible for sleeping comfort

Such a bad experience. Not even close to 5 stars. Terrible cleanliness, unprofessional front desk staff, and lies non-stop. Absolutely disgraceful.
