BILTMORE is not a customer friendly hotel. Very poor service. Quality of linen, interiors, very tired.
Hotel policies are strict. They don’t give more than 2 small bottles of water per room/day. Creamers, Sugar only 2 sachets per room/day. Linen very poor quality
Does not live up to the Biltmore name. A huge disappointment.

Happy days in Biltmore
The hotel is one of the best in Georgia. Location is fantastic, views from the hotel are splendid, service is impeccable, staff is nice and friendly. I spent happy days in Biltmore.
