Poor customer service
Sitting in my 2nd room that is 59 degrees F. First room was 58 degrees. Staff suggested I just turn the heater off. Front desk staff inattentive. Terrible experience.

Best Sunset & Pool
Staff is very nice! Rooms are nice & clean. Overall very comfortable. Gym is decent for a hotel. Rooftop pool is great and we loved the games close by. Views were incredible during sunset!!
