Phone call do not go through when you make room service. The food was nice, staff was helpfull always.
Business trip to Lesotho
The customer service leaves so much to be desired. Had to ask 6 times for a room change as we were not happy with our room. My two colleague's rooms were an absolute mess and had to request for a room...
