El hotel boutique Be Tulum está situado en la costera localidad de Tulum, a 145 km al sur de la ciudad de Cancún. En Tulum se distinguen tres zonas claramente diferenciadas: una población moderna, la zona arqueológica del Parque Nacional de Tulum, donde está la ciudad maya, y la zona donde se encuentra el hotel, con las playas más cautivadoras de la costa caribeña, algunas de las cuales aún permanecen vírgenes.
Los edificios de la zona se caracterizan por la simplicidad arquitectónica, en un alarde de respeto e integración en el entorno que los rodea. Las casas de campo y los pequeños hoteles son un ejemplo de adaptación a la belleza natural en que están inmersos.
