El hotel se localiza en el centro del tranquilo y pequeño pueblo de Lloseta, en Mallorca, España. Se encuentra entre la Iglesia y el Palacio de Ayamans, con las montañas de la Sierra de Tramuntana a su espalda, declarada patrimonio de la humanidad por la Unesco en el 2011, y los caminos tranquilos de la llanura de Mallorca a sus pies. El parque natural de S'Albufera está a 30 minutos en coche del Cas Comte Hotel, mientras que el Aeropuerto de Palma también se ubica a unos 30 minutos en coche.
