Not a 4 Star Hotel

There’s no personal services here at this hotel. Everything is online, even check in and keys. No description of where everything is. You have to literally go to the front desk to ask where breakfast ...

Best place to be. The reception staff are really helpful, kind and nice for information sightseeing. Merci beaucoup. The area is nice too. No time for the sauna but for next time... Lovely copenhage...
