Room not as advertised. No bed for one of us. Manager very rude

Best FuramaXclusive experience
Great staff that were so helpful and friendly in a busy time. Facilities were excellent and the 1 bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable. Happy with Putu Ari and Amar. Thank you.
