Grand Millenium…..
In CBD location. As usual. Millenium chain never disappoint me. Great clean with nice ambience. Clean room and huge bathroom. Separate WC and shower. Downside - no rinser in WC.
Must create and provide "Value" to the Hotel Guest during their stay.
Old Four Stars Hotel with higher hotel charge than a local four star hotel. Must provide a tangible value comfort that the hotel guest can feel the difference.
Poor stay experience
Poorly managed room. Bad check in experience. No greetings upon check in, not even explain of the basic hotel facilities or WiFi connectivity. A fairly poor hotel standards.
