Thursday night overnight
We had a family concern and our booking needed to be changed. Lauren was extremely helpful during a difficult time. Thanks for hiring competent and thoughtful individuals. We were very impressed.

Cigarette smell
Left with my clothes and belongings smelling like cigarette smoke! This place needs to take their carpet out and wash the walls or do something about the smoke smell! & that DOESNT mean using fragranc...

Mixed bag great staff bad room
Positively the most helpful front desk staff. The room (132) sucked. Desk lamp and refrigerator did not work. Clock was set wrong and room was frigid upon check in
