Located near many restaurants, bars, and shops downtown
I parked in the city garage a block or so away for $15 a night instead of the much more expensive hotel valet I found myself using the lobby Wi-Fi; never able to get a connection in my room Property...

So much character!
Location was perfect, staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room was huge and we loved how much character the hotel has. Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent hotel in a renovated department store in downtown Asheville. We stayed in a beautiful suite! Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a memorable stay.
