Good location, nice hotel. Elevators not working correctly during stay.
Hotel was easy to locate - traveled in for a conference so did not utilize shuttle, etc.. Biggest complaint during the stay was the issues with the elevators with only 1 working.

Park and ride
We used the park and ride option. It was easy to use, and we had Kathy as our shuttle driver to and from the airport. She was helpful, friendly and made our experience amazing.

Conveniently located about 5 mins from the airport and they provide shuttle pick up. Ms. Kathy was a great shuttle driver with great conversation and the friendliest demeanor. She alone gets 5 stars. ...
