So much is wrong with this place
So much wrong is with this place that I don't even know where to begin. This is 3* at best. No way this gets anywhere close to 5* and be comparable to Grand Hotel Millennium, Intercontinental or Hyatt...

Not the service you would expect...
Very bad. No attention to detail. They ghost clients and won't bother providing a response whatsoever. Definitely not 5 stars.
