Excellent location
Hotel service was excellent, amenities and room was a little out-dated for my like but the service made up for it. Santiago was also super helpful!

Things that should not happen at a 5 star hotel
- the restaurant with music/nightclub that is connected to the hotel should not be thumping music after midnight. When I called front desk, the manager insisted on entering my room to verify the noise...
