Gabriela the receptionist was lovely, helpful and so lovely. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the service was even better

We had an amazing experience, the hotel is classy and warm with a great breakfast selection. After a last minute itinerary change Gabriella was excellent in helping extend our stay!

Gabriella at reception is a gem! She is so kind and welcoming. The beds are incredibly comfy as well :)
