Loved this hotel. Best holiday ever
We stayed at this hotel in October half term and the weather was perfect. The staff here were incredible and we loved the entertainment that they put on. Food was great and we ate in the steak house...

A brilliant beachside hotel
Check in was quick, much appreciated after flying from Europe, and our rooms were spotless. The mini bar was well stocked, and replenished alternate days. Anything you need can be requested by the app...

Everything was perfect. Exelent food. Staff very helpfoul and nice entertainment. Perfect beach with plenty of sunchairs. Walking distance to Playa del Carmen
First vacation out of USA
Couldn't ask for more. Everything was already taken care of. The food was delicious from PePes place to buffet to all four restaurants.
