expected more from a major hotel chain
TV’s are outdated, room curtains do not block daylight, hard to sleep with so much light into the room, makes it difficult for redeye travelers.
Perfect for our needs
This hotel was perfect for our needs since we had an early morning flight. Staff was friendly and the complimentary shuttle service for World of Hyatt members was wonderful.
