No room ready at 6pm and disrespectful service recovery
The room wasn't ready at 6 PM for an infant and grandmother, and management tried to buy us off with a cheap point gesture, telling us 'at least we got to sleep in the bed!' Terrible leadership.
Amazing stay , great location !
We stayed for two nights . Clean , well appointed room . The staff was superb .Location was excellent, best restaurants and shopping . I would stay here again . Highly recommend!

Broken shades in room that were fixed for 2days and my room was directly in front of a police surveillance tower, housekeeping didnt not clean my room, and the front desk did not advise that they skip...
