Worst experience
Horrible experience at the reception, they want to charge extra because I am walking in. The manager is Karthik and as per policy they want to charge extra to people but can match if I walk in

Great experience in the hotel nearby to the MRT station as well. I have my event here before this as well. So i love it. Will revisit.
