Was sorry to leave, but I definitely return to Occidental Tucancun!
The staff were all friendly and eager to please. The room was very nice and had a corner unit that allowed me to view the sunrise over the Caribbean Sea and the sunset over the lagoon from my balcony....

Worst All inclusive ever
Don't go. The quality of the food and the drinks is terrible, even the michelada tastes bad, as they are using dry lemon to make.
