Great hotel, location and super service
Fantastic location, big modern hotel and rooms, and really good service from the staff. Our new «go-to-hotel» when in London.

Park Plaza Victoria London
Staff were outstanding with a "Can do" attitude, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel only 5 minutes walk from Victoria station so easy onward access within London or further afield.
dirty room
Great location, but the room wasn't cleaned despite our request and notifying reception. We returned to the room at 11 PM, tired after sightseeing, only to find it dirty and uncleaned.
