Everything was just fantastic priya from guest relations was very helpful arranged a cake did decorations for my wife and really had a pleasent stay here

Misleading 5-star hotel. Waited 3 hours at check-in with no resolution. No AC or proper heating, only an oil heater. I have asthma, and this was ignored by staff. Poor indoor air quality, rude behavio...
