El acceso al Riad Karmela puede ser difícil, ya que se encuentra en una ubicación envidiable en el centro de la antigua Medina de Marrakech, por lo que es muy recomendable reservar un traslado al aeropuerto. El Riad está ubicado a solo 5 minutos a pie del Museo de Marrakech y de la Madraza Ben Youssef, y a solo 8 minutos caminando de la famosa plaza Jemaa El Fna.
