Great location. 4 star at best
Good service but dated. If mediocrity is your thing, this is good. I probably wouldn’t stay again. one of the older hotels in town. Prob needs bulldozers to start again.
Disappointing stay – heating not fixed and promised discount not honoured

Go somewhere else
Hotel is not 5 star and screaming for a makeover - not clean and poor breakfast setting. There were dirty glasses near our door when we arrived and were there 24 hours later

Great 3 night stay, meals were good, staff were friendly, had good view of river and story bridge
