High standards have slipped a little
Generally very good but breakfast service needs to lift its game by offering tea or coffee once guests are seated, especially when both self-serve machines are broken!

Great classic hotel
Great Location. Beautiful views of the river and bridge. Rooms a little dated but that added to the charm of the property. Not cheap and tacky like a lot of the newer hotels.
