Excellent Hotel ....Great staff ... worth a visit if in London . In the heart of the Chelsae area and very handy to good shops and Restaurants in the surrounding area .

Afternoon tea here was good, however the gluten free version was just not to the same standard and I really wasn’t blown away, limiting the choice and taste. Staff were slow and service was average....

Business trip which was too short
a shame to return only for two nights at my second home ! A lovely upgrade and lovely room, slept very well and the cleaning lady was great!
