In need of attention

Not the greatest
It’s a pretty hotel. Great location at Pigeon Forge. The staff was nice. The shower leaks over about half of the bathroom so grab extra towels. And you will have to grab them because housekeeping does...

Cold pool
Stayed with my husband's nephew & his girlfriend for car show. Still have the Coldest "heated" pool . Is it even supposed to be heated? It's advertised as heated.
Old and dirty
Room was old, needed to be deep cleaned (walls, doors, light switches were disgusting), horrible bathroom layout and had a spider visit me.
Loud music by hotel and filthy rooms
I really dislike leaving poor reviews but this needs to be known, we are currently on vacation here and what we thought was neighbors loud tv blaring music at 7am sharp is actually the hotel waking us...
